I've received one $500 CLI from Discover in about a year and a half. Some of the 5% categories work out better for me than others so some months are a little lower spend. Also no worries on APR, mine was higher then yours when I got it, they eventually lowered it to 10.99% They also give promotional 12mo 0% APR in the future. Can't go wrong with Discover. He then laughed at me and told me to move my money to another bank. Discover does not need customers like me. He then hung up on me, so no CLI for me to say the least.
