WebIts currently bugged for anyone above 100 toughness. Vets with 200 toughness takes double damage on first hit. Basically stay at 100 toughness for now and also stay off vet. Don't use toughness increasing curios. At base 100 toughness, my Ogryn acts like the first melee hit was nothing more then the wind grazing his arm. No damage bleedthrough.

WebDec 14, 2024 · They fixed it awhile back. You're suppose to be taking damage to your health in melee based on your relative toughness left. So if you're at half toughness a melee will do 50% of its damage to your HP bar, The bug was that if you're at 100 or higher toughness you will take full damage like you didnt have any toughness.
