WebWe demonstrate that the designed structures provide highly efficient broadband (UV–near-IR, 250–1100 nm) antireflection of light, where the average total reflection coefficients of 4.4%, 15.0% and 7.9% were achieved on silicon surfaces processed by laser texturing, chemical etching and hybrid chemical/laser fabrication of structures, respectively.
